Rice and peppers

   
This is a traditional Macedonian specialty, in which everyone will enjoy. It's simply rice stuffed peppers.

Ingredients:
  • Large red or green bell peppers, cut on top and seeded.
  •  1 pack of rice
  •  Water
  •  plus extra ingredients of your choice

Preparation:


     First you prepare a mixture with the rice, and  you can add anything you like with the rice. You can make a mixture with cuts of pepper and onion, or make a mixture with spices and mince meat.
    Once you have mixed the mixture in you can stir fry it in a frying pan for approximately 3 minutes. Than you can get your peppers and cut the top off. Creating a hole. Than you can take your mixture and stuff it in the peppers. Once you’ve done that, you have to put the stuffed peppers in an oven palette and add water.
