Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; stop blender to scrape sides. Cover and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
Pour mixture into glasses. Serve immediately.
- 1 cup (250 mL) Vanilla, Plain, Strawberry or Raspberry Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cereal
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh strawberry halves or raspberries, or frozen whole strawberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 25 mL) granulated sugar
- 1/2 banana
