Lemony leaf salad

Ingredients:
  • 150g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 3/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh dill sprigs
  • 1 red apple, cut into thin matchsticks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:



         Place lettuce, parsley, dill and apple in a large serving bowl.
         Whisk lemon juice and oil together in a jug. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
